Hot Stone Massage
Basalt Lava Stones are heated then used to massage.
This allows for a deeper massage of the tissues than will be achieved by a convectional hand method. To balance the body, cold marble stones are also used in cases of inflammation or pain being present, or to tone. Cold stone helps to remove heat from the body and histamine.
Hot Stone massage can be added to other treatments like, manicure & pedicure & facials.
Pre requisite must have a body massage certificate.

Indian Head Massage
Works the energy chakras and is a wonderful massage to relive stress.
This massage can be given anywhere as it is done fully clothed.
It is very good for tension headaches; helps to clear the mind improve hair and
scalp conditions.
Option: Indian head massage can be added on to Shirodhara which is an Ayurveda treatment.
Fee is £50 extra
Pre requisite must have a body massage certificate.

Advance Therapeutic Body Massage
This workshop is for those that are already qualified as a massage therapist
and looking to push their skills a little bit more with techniques that can be
used to deliver a deeper more effective treatment with less effort and strain
to the body.
It can be used in the treatment of specific conditions or just
for those clients that requires a therapeutic treatment.
You will learn:
- The use of alternate delivery point for your strokes
- How to improve on your posture
- Using of your body weight to administer deeper massage
- Include stretches, into your regular routine
- Protect your limbs from Repetitive strain injury

Unit VR109 VTCT Cosmetic Tanning
You will learn to manually apply cosmetic tanning product on to your client's
skin to industry standard.
You will be trained on the popular St Tropez product.
This is a very popular and easy treatment to offer to clients.
This is a ½ day training, if you just wish to have a certificate of attendance.
We also run a 1 day training which is VTCT approved.
You will need to do some home learning and 1 assignment and 1 written test
